The management system complies with standard ISO 9001:2008, ISO 20000-1:2005 and ISO 27001:2005. This IT Service Excellence Management manual thus created is a reference document for Progressive management level personnel. In addition the IT service Process/Procedure document contains the details of process/ procedure pertaining to IT service excellence management system and is for use by operational personnel.
